Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer in Bradford to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias). Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias). Salary : £38,000 - rising to £40,000 after 6 month probation. DAYS ONLY + on call rota 1 week in 4. Benefits: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays 1.5 x overtime Duties of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer include: Measure the performance of mechanical components, devices and machines Carry out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across machinery Maintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient Monitor and commission plant, machinery and systems Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime Fault finding Undertake test procedures Provide technical advice Recommend modifications to the production machines Repair, service and maintain equipment Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly We want to speak with Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following: NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering 18th/17th Edition Previous experience in manufacturing environments Proficient with PLCs Strong fault finding skills Our client is looking for someone with experience working on large scale production machinery, who can work under pressure and has a high level of technical knowledge with the ability to apply this knowledge to practical problems.
