<p><br />Our client, a dynamic and expanding Group Training Association (GTA), is currently seeking a Key Accounts and Employer Outreach Executive to join their team in the training sector. With centres in Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe, our client specialises in providing Level 3 &amp; 4 engineering apprenticeships, higher education, and upskilling courses to over 300 client companies.</p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> <ul> <li>Deliver a first-class consultative sales experience to prospects and customers across the range of training products and services.</li><li>Achieve agreed personal sales targets across the training offerings.</li><li>Develop and deliver sales presentations using various media and techniques to achieve successful outcomes.</li><li>Maintain regular, effective, and timely interventions with all prospects and customers, ensuring that all contact is recorded in the CRM.</li><li>Manage a personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and contribution to team targets.</li><li>Develop business proposals for prospects and customers.</li><li>Conduct sales meetings with prospects and customers.</li><li>Gather and share intelligence to support the strategic and operational planning of the organisation.</li><li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, learners, companies, and the general public.</li><li>Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management applicable to the role.</li><li>Arrange and participate in meetings, team events, staff meetings, and open days/events, including minute-taking as requested by management.</li><li>Organise or assist with events to promote training programmes and achievements, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.</li></ul> <strong>Job Requirements:</strong> <ul> <li>Experience in sales, with a consultative approach to engaging prospects and customers.</li><li>Strong presentation skills, with the ability to use various media and techniques effectively.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to gather and analyse business intelligence to support strategic decisions.</li><li>Full driving licence and use of own vehicle, as the position requires travel across West Yorkshire.</li><li>Home-based position with the ideal candidate located centrally to the sales area.</li></ul> <strong>Benefits:</strong> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding organisation</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Employee benefits package</li></ul> <p><br />If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a background in the training sector, we would love to hear from you.
