<p><br /></p> <p><b>£28,000–£33,000 + Uncapped Commission</b><br /><b>Harrogate | Full time | Office based first 3 months, then hybrid (1–2 days WFH)</b><br /><b>Driving licence required (or close to passing)</b></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p>We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our business support team, placing candidates into education settings across Yorkshire.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>This is a relationship-focused, fast-paced market where great conversations, strong rapport building and excellent candidate engagement are essential, especially as DBS and compliance checks can take time.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></p> <p><br /></p> <p>You’ll grow a temp-focused desk, build long-term relationships with schools and education providers, manage the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee compliance checks. You’ll also keep candidates engaged throughout the clearance process while proactively developing your market and seeking out new opportunities.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><b>What You’ll Bring</b></p> <p><br /></p> <p>Experience in a high-compliance sector (such as education or healthcare), confidence on the phone, the ability to build rapport quickly and experience managing the full recruitment process. You’ll enjoy business development, hitting targets and growing a successful portfolio.
