The Role: We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop our quality function. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements, while driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality department, ensuring effective performance and development of the team Maintain and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer-specific requirements Oversee internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvements Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve product quality and process capability Manage supplier quality performance and support supplier development activities Promote a culture of right-first-time, continuous improvement, and operational excellence About You Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and relevant ISO standards Experience within electromechanical, electronics, or precision manufacturing environments would be advantageous Demonstrable experience of leading audits and managing customer relationships Skilled in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, PFMEA, and root cause analysis Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Quality professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and success of a market-leading manufacturing organisation.
