<br /><br /><p>Customer Service Coordinator&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Hybrid – set rota for in office and work from home days&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Leeds&nbsp;</p> <p>Permanent&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Summary&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>We’re&nbsp;currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to&nbsp;play a key role and to help power our team forward by&nbsp;managing all work requests,&nbsp;billing&nbsp;and project assistance.&nbsp;&nbsp;We’re&nbsp;ideally seeking individuals who are super organised and great at problem solving as well providing a great customer service to our clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Resolve complex customer issues and reach mutually beneficial solutions </li><li>Using problem solving skills and geographical knowledge of the UK to allocate&nbsp;work in the most efficient way possible </li><li>Raising PO’s and checking orders </li><li>Managing multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Collating required permits and other documentation to ensure work can go ahead as planned and in line with health and safety guidelines </li><li>Be a point of contact for incoming calls, requests&nbsp;and enquiries, ensuring they are answered promptly and professionally and recording the information.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> <p>What&nbsp;we’re&nbsp;looking for:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Previously been in a Client&nbsp;Coordinator/Customer Service role&nbsp; </li><li>Working knowledge of Network Services e.g.&nbsp;ethernets, DIA circuits etc </li><li>Experience of working&nbsp;within the Telecom&nbsp;or IT Managed&nbsp;Services industry </li><li>Knowledge in circuits provisioning, ordering&nbsp;and delivery </li><li>Proven experience in Cloud and carrier monthly billing </li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be comfortable working under pressure&nbsp;and at pace </li><li>Excellent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;and excellent customer care skills </li><li>Previous&nbsp;experience using MS Office packages mostly Excel and Word </li><li>A working knowledge of UCASS, CCass, Webex&nbsp;would&nbsp;be beneficial&nbsp;</li></ul> <br /><br /><p><strong>Next Steps:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>As a business, we’re on a journey to build on our culture where everyone is included, treated fairly and with respect.
