Schmincke : Norma Blue : Watermixable Oil Mediums

The Schmincke Normal Transparent and Gloss Medium is a glaze and gloss enhancing medium for water-mixable oil colours. It increases transparency and softens brush marks. Due to its high fat content, it is recommended that it should only be applied to the upper layers when painting.
