Kuretake : Fude Pens

Fude pens are a type of brush pen used traditionally for Japanese calligraphy, but are a great tool for many artists. The brush pens either have brush tips made with brush fibres or fibre and foam tips that mimic a brush shape. They are roughly the size of standard marker pens, making them convenient to travel with and easy to pack away. Kuretake Co. Ltd was founded in Nara in 1902. They began by manufacturing Sumi ink and have since expanded to offer high quality markers, inks, brush pens, and a wide range of pen solutions and writing tools to suit many needs. All their pens are made in Japan and are suitable for both professionals and amateurs.
