This means they hinder a meaningful treatment of the underlying pathogens. The extremely thin oils of the KERALIT Keralysin Ointment infiltrate and soften these scab layers and loosen them. These can then be gently removed without mechanical irritation or injury to the skin, often after only 1 overnight application. Additionally prescribed disinfectants or medications can only then achieve their optimal effect.
