The parts cleaning device with a closed housing was developed for demanding industrial use and allows for the efficient manual brush cleaning of oil- and grease-soiled components with cold cleaners based on petroleum-based hydrocarbon mixtures. The closed design at an ergonomic workbench height of 895 millimetres ensures comfortable, safe and clean working - ideal for workshops, production plants and maintenance departments. Depending on the application requirements, the device is available in two sizes: with a compact work surface of 646 x 465 millimetres for smaller and light parts up to 50 kilograms, or with a larger work surface of 790 x 490 millimetres for larger and medium-heavy components. The robust, powder-coated sheet steel construction and the galvanised slatted grid are designed for daily, continuous industrial use and guarantee a long service life. Thanks to the lower-set drain and the integrated drain slopes, the cleaner flows reliably back into the barrel - a safe return flow without overflowing is thus guaranteed at all times. Operation via the foot switch makes the working process particularly comfortable and allows the user to have both hands free for the actual cleaning. The device is optimally designed for 50-litre barrels and is therefore excellently suited for businesses with limited space. Inside, the proven IBS special pump operates, which was specially developed for this generation of devices.
