Jackson’s Museum Centre Bars Assemble To Make Solid Professional Stretchers For Canvas That Are Free From Twisting Or Warping. Made From 100% PEFC-certified Pine, The Wood Is First Kiln-dried To Remove All Moisture. The Pieces Are Then Finger-jointed And Triple-laminated. This Removes The Natural Tendency Of The Wood To Twist Or Warp Due To Changes In Heat And Humidity. The Result Is A Solid, Professional-quality Stretcher System. Stretcher Bars Are Sold In Pairs, While Crossbars And Centre Bars Are Sold Singly. Centre Bar Slots Are Included Only On Stretcher Bars Measuring 60cm Or Longer.
