Original vintage military tunic handmade by Savile Row tailors circa 1953 Scots Guards Pipers Highland Doublet Dress. Finest example of the dark navy blue wool cloth tunic with anodised regimental tunic buttons. Large shoulder straps. Interior with black cloth lining having the original issue label. Concealed hook and clip fastenings to the front of the tunic.. *These tunics are vintage and incredibly rare, individually hand crafted by Savile Row tailors. They are not perfect, they may have slight imperfections as they have been worn by military personnel. We have exclusive access with the Ministry of Defence quartermasters store and we can only offer whatever we manage to find. We dry clean them and, if needed, repair them to make sure that they are as well preserved and authentic as possible.
