TOA Delegate's Unit

The TS-782 is a Delegate unit for TOA Conference system. of which compact and lightweight design makes it easy to install and store. Placing the speech button in the ON position permits speech and disables the speaker to prevent feedback. If the speech button is placed in the OFF position. the microphone cannot be used but the speaker is turned on. allowing the voices from other conference units to be monitored. Two types of dedicated microphones are made available for the TS-782 as optional products: the TS-773 standard type and the TS-774 long type.The delegate unit enables delegates to speak and listen to the meeting via an internal loudspeaker. The unit shall provide crystal clear sound reproduction and excellent intelligibility. The units shall be compact and lightweight making it easy to install and store.The delegate unit shall have a speech button and in the ON position will be able to access the microphone whilst disabling the internal loudspeaker preventing acoustic feedback. In the OFF position the delegate will still be able to monitor other delegate units whilst the microphone is turned off. The delegate units shall be self-powered by the central control unit (TS-780).The microphone shall have a ring type LED in-use lamp located at the head that will illuminate the operation status when in use. The microphone can be attached and detached from the unit via a locking 4-pin connector. There shall be two optional types of microphones available. standard length and long reach. The finish of the unit shall be of ABS resin in a sliver metallic paint with a black base and weighing 800 g (1.76 lb.)
