Galipette Organic Cider, France, 12x330ml Bottles

Galipette is an organic cider made from 100% fermented apple juice and never from concentrate. It's made from a selection of hand-picked cider apple varieties, grown on the coast of Brittany in Normandy. Following a slow, wild yeast fermentation, the resulting cider is clear, amber-hued, and semi-sweet, with a slight fizz and soft floral notes. It pairs well with a summer’s day or combine its savoury-sweet character with goat's cheese.
