Convite Tobala Mezcal

70cl / 42% - A complex mezcal from Convite, made using rare, wild tobala agave. These small agave take more than a decade to reach maturity and are packed with flavour, which Convite extracts after roasting in pits using a traditional tahona and copper stills. The resulting mezcal is fruity and complex with layers of smoke, citrus and chocolate.
