Mezcal Neta Ensamble Madrecuixe, Bicuixe, Barrilito 2022

70cl / 49% - An ensemble of three distinct subspecies of the Karwinskii agave, including the Barrilito, which grows to just one meter in height. This mezcal is made with equal amounts of each agave, cooked for five days and broken down with machetes before a four-day wild fermentation.
