70cl / 46% - A mature rum from Australia’s oldest producer, boasting tropical notes of lychee and caramelised pineapple, over candied nuts, and woody spices. This expression was aged in ex-bourbon and new American oak barrels as well as Australian brandy casks for a minimum of 10 years.
