70cl / 68.3% / World Class Spirits - A 2004 Fiji rum from the 1423 Single Barrel Selection range that was made using a pot still and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for 18 years, before being bottled in August 2022. Aromas of sweet honeysuckle, walnuts, cream, vanilla and leather fill the nose, complemented by notes of roasted coffee beans, coconut, burnt caramel and menthol throughout the palate.
