70cl / 60.8% - This Wild Parrot bottling underwent a long fermentation and was initially aged for one year in Reunion Island's tropical climate – the single cask was then matured for five more years in the United Kingdom. This is a rum of real complexity and proffers aromas of artichoke, guava and candied ginger.
