70cl / 57.1% / Watt Whisky - A 2010 AFD Dominican rum from independent bottler Watt Whisky that was matured in a refill rum barrel for 11 years - five years in a tropical climate and six years in a continental climate - before being bottled in 2022. The palate offers notes of liquorice, melons, peaches in syrup, toffee, cardamom, maple syrup and strawberries that linger in the finish.
