70cl / 41% - A fruity, sweet white rum from Samai with notes of ripe bananas, dried fruits and cocoa — distilled and matured in Cambodia. Despite its pale appearance, this rum has been aged for up to two years in ex-bourbon barrels, after which the colour is filtered out to create a flavourful and clear spirit perfect for Mojitos and Daiquiris.
