Quiquiriqui Pechuga Con Cacao Mezcal

70cl / 47% - An earthy artisanal mezcal de pechuga from QuiQuiRiQui, made using Espadin agave, that switches the traditional raw chicken for home-roasted cacao beans. After undergoing an initial two distillations, the cacao is added to the spirit and allowed to rest for two weeks, before being distilled for a third and final time. Aromas of earthy dark chocolate and sweet agave fill the nose, complemented by notes of tobacco, bitter cacao, sweet agave, fresh green vegetables and dark chocolate throughout the
