70cl / 47% - Banhez is a cooperative of families, farmers and producers dedicated to preserving the traditions of mezcal production. This release is produced in small quantities and uses Tobala, a wild agave known for its scarcity, relatively-low yields and complex flavours. This varietal release has notes of green mango, chopped herbs, and leather.
