Bruichladdich 1973 / 30 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

70cl / 40.2% / Distillery Bottling - A long-aged vintage Bruichladdich released in 2003 shortly after the distillery's buyout by indie bottlers Murray McDavid. This was a smallish batch of 4200 bottles vatted from bourbon casks and refill sherry hogsheads, described by Jim Murray as 'fabulously complex'.
