10cl / 50% - Ripe fruit and vanilla jump from the glass of this Holyrood release. Made with ale yeasts and aged in new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, it features an oily texture and notes of pear drops, milk chocolate, and orchard fruit, with hints of black pepper in the finish.
