70cl / 54.1% / Signatory - A remarkable single malt released to mark Signatory's 35th Anniversary. This whisky was aged for an impressive 32 years in a first-fill oloroso sherry cask and bottled at the peak of maturation. This has a full-bodied and weighty mouthfeel with rich stewed fruit flavours on the palate leading to notes of orange marmalade, plums, dried meat and hints of vanilla.
