70cl / 58.2% / Gordon & MacPhail - A 1990 Balblair from indie bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill sherry butt for 32 years and bottled as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of sherbet, stewed plums and caramel fill the nose, complemented by notes of toasted millet, fruitcake, cashew nuts and dried ginger throughout the palate.
