70cl / 45.5% / Distillery Bottling - This is the fifth and final release of the remarkable Ian Hunter Story, which celebrates the last member of the Johnston family to own and manage Laphroaig distillery. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in ex-Pedro Ximenez casks, imparting aromas of hedgerow berries, dried fruit and candyfloss on the nose, leading to notes of green malt, rich peat smoke and freshly cut vanilla pod.
