Bottled after 32 years of patient maturation in a refill hogshead, this single cask was chosen to reveal abundant fruity aromas of tropical fruit and lemon tarts, with shortbread and hints of clay on the nose. The palate offers honeysuckle and mango with notes of upside down cake and a creamy, almost savoury edge.
