70cl / 48.8% / East Asia Whisky Company - A 1996 Springbank single malt from East Asia Whisky Company, Asanoha Dragon was initially matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead for two decades, before being finished in a single Madeira cask and bottled in 2020 as part of its Yokai series. The palate offers layers of soft dried fruit, warming spices and charred oak that linger in the finish.
