Mortlach 1993 / 26 Years Old / Elixir Distillers Jazz Series Speyside Whisky

70cl / 56.2% / Elixir Distillers - Distilled in 1993 at Mortlach distillery, this Speyside single malt was matured in a single hogshead for 26 years, before being bottled in 2019 for The Whisky Trail's Jazz Series. A sweet, herbal whisky, it has aromas of wild honey, walnuts and hay bales. The palate offers notes of cardamom, clove, ginger ale and a bitter, hoppy edge.
