Henstone Ex-Red Wine Cask whisky has been matured in Southern Hemisphere Red Wine casks for its full maturation period (just over 3 years). The distillery team sourced the casks directly from the producer - one of the top wine producers in Australia. The end result is a stunning single malt, layers of complexity and has been Henstone's top seller since release!. This first batch is limited to just 215 bottles, so we don't expect it to be around for long. This expression has not been chill filtered or coloured.. Henstone Distillery is an English distillery that makes whisky, gin, vodka, apple brandy, and a corn liquor. It was established in Shropshire in 2017. The spirits are made in a 1,000 litre still named Hilda.
