Château La Garance 'Vieilles Vignes' 2013, Graves

Château La Garance 'Vieilles Vignes' 2013 is a traditional Graves red made from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Owned by Maison Dourthe, the estate is part of a wider commitment to producing terroir-driven Bordeaux wines with precision, creativity and sustainability. The wine is vinified with temperature control and aged on fine lees in oak barrels, 31% of which are new. Now mature, it shows notes of black cherry, cassis, cedar and subtle spice, with soft tannins and a savoury, medium-bodied finish. Crafted by Pierre Estorge and Frédéric Bonnaffous, it's a true reflection of the Graves style. Enjoy with roast duck, mushroom fricassée or Comté.
