It's made using the traditional method – like Champagne – and is aged on the lees for 15-18 months, creating delicate bubbles and flavours of brioche. Made from a blend of 35% Xarel·lo, 35% Parellada, and 30% Macabeo, it’s fresh and elegant with red apple and citrus notes. Delicious alongside seafood, cheeses, and creamy pasta.
