Cave de Ribeauvillé 'Les Comtes de Ribeauvillé' Crémant d'Alsace Brut

Created in 1895 by 44 winegrowers, Cave de Ribeauvillé is the oldest Wine Cooperative in France. Covering 246 hectares of vineyards with 8 Grand Cru sites, their operatin has seen them receive extensive critical acclaim. Although Alsace has been producing traditional method sparkling wine since the 19th century, it's not always the first region people think of for sparkling wine. But if you've never tried it, this racy and elegant blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay will show you just what you're missing. Expect fresh flavours of crisp apple, lively citrus and a long finish.
