Collet Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru NV Champagne

75cl / 12.5% - Established in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Maison Collet uses primarily Premier and Grand Crus in its wines in order to reflect the diversity of the Champagne terroirs. This Blanc de Blancs is made with Cgharodnnay grapes from six of the best villages including Avize, Ogier and Chouilly. A fresh and light Champagne with notes of white pepper, lqiuorice and smoke, which matches especially wll with John Dory or salmon.
