Aromas of ripe apples, citrus fruits and chalky minerals fill the nose, complemented by a full-bodied palate with notes of lemon, orange blossom, brioche, salty olives and delicate nectarines. Try pairing this Champagne with crab, lobster or shellfish dishes.
