The sister cheese to their world famous Rebel Monk, Rebel Nun from Feltham's Farm dials up the blue and pares back the ale, producing a beautifully balanced flavour.. This soft, blue cheese is made from pasteurised organic cows milk, with a more pronounced blue flavour - reminiscent of a German Cambozola. Slightly milder in flavour than Rebel Monk, there's still delightful undertones of the delicate ale wash.. Each cheese arrives in a fully compostable maple box. 440g (2 Packs).
