Chania Sourdough Bread Class - Olive Oil Tasting

A unique experience where you'll learn the secrets of sour-dough. My mum is a sourdough expert. She learnt the bread baking technique from her grandmother and keeps doing it even now. You will prepare and bake your own-unique bread loaf in a wood-fire oven. Later you will enjoy it and combine it with our herb-flavoured extra-virgin olive oil.You’ll also taste some side dishes we’ll prepare and copious amounts of local wine.
