The Yorkshire Pasta Company make their award-winning fusilli (spirals as they're known locally) with flour grown and milled in Yorkshire - just a few miles from their HQ. They slow dry their pasta for maximum nutritional value, and use a traditional bronze-drawn method to create a slightly rough texture that allows sauce to cling on..
