Perfectly suited to UK gardens and allotments, these British-bred raspberries are easy to grow, vigorous, and reliable.This collection comprises: 3 x Raspberry 'Glen Prosen' - A summer-fruiting cultivar producing medium-large sized, firm fruit with an excellent flavour. The canes are thornless, upright, and moderately vigorous. 3 x Raspberry 'Glen Ample' - Exceptional high-yielding mid season variety, producing a heavy crop of large, deep red, succulent berries, with superb flavour. This variety has been awarded the RHS AGM. 3 x Raspberry 'Autumn Bliss' - One of the best and most reliable autumn-fruiting varieties, producing a heavy crop of large, attractive red berries from late August until mid-October.Plant your raspberry canes in a sunny position with well-drained soil. Before planting, enrich the soil with plenty of well-rotted manure or garden compost. Establish a framework of wires stretched horizontally between sturdy 1.8m (6') posts. Plant the canes in a row against the wire supports, spacing them 60cm (24") apart. Immediately after planting, prune the canes to 15cm (6") above ground level to encourage shoot production. Water thoroughly during the first year to ensure establishment. As summer-fruiting raspberries grow, loosely tie the stems to the support wires.Position: Full sun.
