Half-Day Tour with Safari Float and Chocolate Experience

Our first activity is Safari Float at the Peñas Blancas River, which is one of the region’s most scenic and peaceful rivers. Its banks are bordered by towering rainforest trees draped in delicate vines that sway above the river’s surface. Countless wildlife species live in this unique habitat, including white-faced and howler monkeys, sloths, lizards, bats, caimans, and a fascinating assortment of water birds—an enchanting experience for the whole family. Then we go to the Cacao Gallery Tour for your day of adventure. During this experience, guests will visit Rainforest Explorers’ cacao gallery, orchard, and organic farm and sample exotic fruits and sugarcane juice before participating in the chocolate-making process and learning the fascinating tale of its origins.
