Jean-Marc Charpentier Terre d'Emotion Rose NV Champagne

75cl / 12% - In 2009 Jean-Marc introduced Biodynamics to his vineyards and is now on the way to organic conversion which is planted on hilly slopes over 72 individual plots in Charly-Sur-Marne. This is a really pretty rose with aromas of rhubarb, strawberry, roasted plum and cherries on the nose. The palate has lots of vibrancy with raspberry, rhubarb and a hint of raspberry leaf on the finish. Definitely one to have as an aperitif or why not try it with roasted veal or pork belly.
