The course reviews the reasons, drivers and reactions to change and enables the learner to understand how to manage resistance to change. Change theory is reviewed including Jungian’s four groups of people; Kotter’s eight step model of change and looks at different ways to plan for change. Learning Objectives On completion of this course, learners will: Understand how to manage change within a team Be able to manage change effectively Be able to describe positive and negative impacts change can have within a team Be able to describe techniques that could be used to support a team through change Accreditation The content of this course has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.
