Mapei Latexplan Trade is a high-performance, two-part self-levelling and smoothing compound designed for levelling differences in thickness from 3 to 10 mm in a single application. It is suitable for preparing new and existing substrates before installing various types of floor coverings. Colour: Part A: Cement grey; Part B: White.. Mixing Ratio: 5 kg of Part B liquid to 25 kg of Part A powder.. Coverage: Approximately 6 m² at 3 mm thickness per 30 kg unit.. Application Temperature: +5°C to +35°C.. Workability Time: 20–30 minutes at +23°C.. Setting Time: 45–60 minutes.. Shelf Life: Part A: 12 months; Part B: 24 months when stored correctly.. Application Instructions. Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from contaminants.. Priming: On porous substrates, apply a suitable primer like Eco Prim T Plus.. Mixing: Shake Part B liquid and pour into a clean container. Gradually add Part A powder while mixing with a low-speed drill until a homogeneous, lump-free mix is achieved.. Application: Pour the mixture onto the prepared substrate and spread using a smooth-edged trowel to the desired thickness. A spiked roller can be used to eliminate air bubbles and ensure a smooth finish.. Drying: Allow to set for 1.5–2 hours before light foot traffic. Floor coverings can be installed after approximately 12 hours, depending on conditions.. Limitations. Not suitable for external applications.. Do not add extra water or latex to the mix..
