The E-Tech Technik Repaired Surface Primer provides a firm base for the top coat of paint.The primer can be used on most painted or unpainted metal surfaces, rigid plastics (bumpers & wheel arches) and glass fibre. We recommend using a primer before applying any paint to the surface of bodywork.
