Kingspan Kooltherm K106 Cavity Insulation Board with a 115mm thickness. This rigid phenolic insulation board is designed for partial-fill masonry cavity walls. It incorporates a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core with a low-emissivity composite foil on one face and a water-tight, vapour-open polypropylene fleece on the other to manage moisture exposure within cavity constructions. The board maintains a 10mm residual cavity to protect against moisture penetration while delivering high thermal efficiency in masonry wall elements. Its lightweight, rigid construction supports easy handling and placement during brickwork progression.
