Its length and spacing of rubberized handles guarantees many grip possibilities, from very narrow to very wide. Thanks to this, the grip will allow, during each exercise, to develop muscles at different lengths of their attachments. In the widest places, the handles are set at an angle, which when practicing pulling the bar on the upper lift favors pulling the elbows to the torso, i.e. maintaining a better exercise technique. During training, the grip enables the engagement of alternative muscle attachments compared to exercises on a straight grip. Extreme handles set in a neutral grip favor this. In addition, they are rubberized, which ensures a secure and comfortable grip, without fear of slipping the accessory from your hands.
