The cutter is made from high-strength zinc alloy and has a fold-away reamer. The grooved rollers allow for close-to-flare cuts and there is a spare cutter wheel included in the knob. The X-CEL Wheel Pin allows you to change your cutter wheel quickly using the new ball detent design no tool needed and no lost clips.
