Upon delivery, please ensure the tree meets the quality standards mentioned above. Avoid putting your tree close to direct heat such as radiators, log burners or open fires. Remember to water it regularly, treating it like a cut flower.Top tip: Before purchasing, consider the space for your tree, bearing in mind that a Nordmann Fir can reach 1-1.5 metres in width at the base once unfurled. Tree sizes are approximate.Delivery Problems**.As Christmas trees are a living product, we appreciate that from time to time you may have a concern about your tree or it's delivery. Should you have any concerns, please contact us via email with your order details, a brief description of the issue and a photograph of the issue. *Live trees are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations as a living product. We can only manage queries for missing, faulty or damaged trees. If there is an issue with the tree you will need to dispose of the tree, as our carrier cannot collect from a domestic location. All of our live trees are exempt from our standard returns policy.Cancellations**.Once an order has been received, we cannot accept cancellations. Our supplier's farm will pick, pack, and process a tree before we are able to mark the order as dispatched.
