Fresh pasta and dinner in my biogarden

You will be fascinated by anecdotes about how my grandmother prepared pasta, and what cooking represented in the past and still represents. And then our traditional music, in our local language! An immersion in true Apulian life and Italian sociology. I will communicate with my heart and experience. And, once you get home, you'll produce your own good food, and you'll treasure the memory of what I showed you. The lunch that follows is collaborative, everyone helps, with dishes and pans in their hands. The wine, the foods I serve together with the pasta we prepare together and that are all local and largely the result of my organic garden, all local and fresh, do the rest.
